Design, manufacturing, assembly, and implementation of the system includes the CV 24.70-3B screen for limestone screening, along with its hopper, discharge chutes, supporting structure, walkways, and access ladders.

COMPONENTS

Vibrating screen mod. CV 24.70-3B

This screen is responsible for classifying the material by granulometry, separating it into various fractions. It ensures efficient and uniform classification of the processed material.

Hopper and discharge chutes

Their function is to transport the screened material to the various outputs, ensuring a continuous flow and preventing dust dispersion during the process.

Support structure with walkways and access ladders

Designed to provide stability to the screen, the structure absorbs vibrations, preventing deformation or displacement. It also facilitates access for inspections, adjustments, and maintenance tasks.

Installation and commissioning

Includes the complete installation of the system, ensuring its proper configuration and operation.
