JLM Ingeniería bucket elevators are used for continuous and vertical transport of materials with particle sizes from 0 to 100 mm. Its design allows for the transfer of large capacities of material at speeds of up to 2 m/s and at heights of more than 100 m. It is built in bolted modules that are easy to join together and guarantee watertightness. The lower pulley and the tensioning station are housed in the base. The drive unit has direct transmission. The buckets can be made of stamped sheet metal or nylon and are manufactured in carbon steel, zinc plated or stainless steel.
