At JLM Ingeniería, we are pleased to announce that our Construction and Demolition Waste (CDW) Recycling Plant, Model REC 100, has been officially registered. This significant achievement reflects our commitment to innovation and sustainability in waste management.

Official Registration of the REC 100 Recycling Plant

The Ministry of Industry, Energy, and Tourism has officially published the registration of our CDW Treatment Plant, Model REC 100. This registration ensures that our design and manufacturing are protected and recognized nationwide.

Application and Evaluation Process

On April 19, JLM Ingeniería submitted the corresponding application to the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (O.E.P.M.) to protect the design and manufacture of the CDW Treatment Plant Model REC 100. During April, the application underwent a rigorous study to verify the authenticity of the design and ensure it met all necessary requirements.

Compliance with the Industrial Design Legal Protection Law

Our design has complied with all provisions established in Law 20/2003, of July 7, on Legal Protection of Industrial Design. This law is crucial for the protection of intellectual property rights and ensures that our work is legally safeguarded.

Exclusive Right to Design and Manufacture

On May 3, through the Official Industrial Property Bulletin (BOPI), the registration title was made public, granting JLM Ingeniería the exclusive right to design and manufacture the CDW Treatment Plant Model REC 100. This recognition allows us to continue innovating and improving our solutions for the management of construction and demolition waste.

Conclusion

The official registration of our CDW Recycling Plant Model REC 100 is a significant milestone for JLM Ingeniería. We will continue to work to offer sustainable and efficient waste management solutions, reaffirming our commitment to quality and innovation.
