Design, manufacturing, assembly, and commissioning of the system consisting of two CV 15.40-2B model screens for porphyry sieving, with hoppers and discharge chutes, supporting structure, walkways, and access stairs.
COMPONENTS

These screens classify the material by granulometry, separating it into different fractions. Their use ensures uniform and efficient classification.
Set of hoppers and discharge chutes
Their function is to transport the sieved material to different outlets, ensuring efficient flow and preventing dust dispersion.
Set of supporting structures, with walkways and access stairs
Calculated to support and stabilize the screen, the structure absorbs vibrations, preventing deformations or displacements. Provides easy access for inspections, adjustments, and maintenance.
