VIBRATING FEEDERS FOR PRECISE AND CONSISTENT DOSING
In industrial processes such as aggregate treatment, uniform material feeding is essential to maintain efficiency and avoid blockages or overloads in downstream stages. JLM Ingeniería vibrating feeders are designed to ensure continuous, controlled and reliable feeding even with variable particle sizes or highly abrasive materials.
Thanks to rotary vibrators with eccentric weights, the vibration intensity can be adjusted to match the required flow rate of each installation. Their electrowelded steel structure with heavy bracing provides high mechanical strength, even under severe working conditions.
They can be installed either supported or suspended, using high elastic limit springs or rubber dampers depending on site requirements. This results in a robust, durable and efficient equipment ideal for production lines requiring continuous reliability and low maintenance.
