We have increased the size and capacity of the cabin of the JLM TR200E Compact Mobile Picking Station for the recovery of construction and demolition waste
Despite the large amount of waste produced in the construction sector and its undisputable economic and environmental impact, the process of the collection, selection and recovery of such waste is fundamental in achieving the maximum efficiency in the reuse and recycling of such material, with the key to this entire process being the separation of CDW at source.
At JLM Ingeniería, we believe that the correct recovery (classification and separation) of waste should be carried out as close to its source of origin as possible, thus managing to reduce the management costs of CDW. This conviction, together with our commitment to R&D&i as an integral part of our business philosophy, has made us redesign our mobile picking station range. A case in point is the redesign of the TR200E_Compact Picking Station where we have expanded the size and capacity of the picking station cabin.
With this modification, we have managed to increase the number of picking stations from four to six, which allows us to expand the number of by-products (ceramic materials, metal, plastic, wood, glass, paper and cardboard) classified during the recovery process, without losing its mobility. The unique design of the TR200E allows the machine to be easily transported between different work sites offering maximum flexibility to the customer.
At JLM Ingeniería® we continue to be committed to innovation and the continuous improvement of our equipment to satisfy the changing needs of our customers.
