JLM Ingeniería has already become a registered trademark by the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Tourism, and, more specifically, by the publication in the Official Industrial Property Journal (OIPJ).

Early in the year, JLM Ingeniería began the trademark registration process with the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (OEPM in its Spanish acronym). In strict compliance with the requirements, we submitted the application and it was subjected to formal and substantive examination for several months. It was checked that both name and logo were not in conflict with any other existing trademarks. Additionally, it passed the public exhibition where any natural or legal person could appeal against the grant of the title.

Today, after passing the process and complying with the provisions laid down by the Trademark Law No. 17/2001 of 7th December, JLM Ingeniería obtains the Registration Title in Class 07 (machinery, machinery for waste treatment and recycling, conveyor belts, silos), and Class 42 (industrial machinery design).
