Vibrating Screen for aggregate plant

Design, manufacture and installation of a mechanical screening system for aggregate classification and grading. The project included a JLM Engineering CV 20.60 4B vibrating screen, feeding hopper, discharge chutes for the different aggregate fractions, heavy-duty supporting structures, maintenance walkways and access ladders.

The installation was designed to ensure efficient material separation, reliable operation and seamless integration within the aggregate processing plant.
